Verizon XV6800

Verizon Wireless' latest PDA phone, the XV6800, is now shipping!  Plans for its release were announced over a year ago and many people have been waiting eagerly for this Windows Mobile 6 device to come to market.

The XV6800 is manufactured by HTC, makers of two of Verizon's previous PDA models, the XV6600 and XV6700.  Some of it's notable features are a 2.8" TFT screen, slide-out keyboard, 802.11B WiFi, 2 mega-pixel camera, MicroSD slot and a standard mini USB port.

The XV6800 was released under the Sprint branding with the name "Mogul", but was plagued with numerous problems.  Inisders at Verizon Wireless say that the cell phone giant's committment to quality required them to release the phone only after these issues were fixed.
